Refund policy

 If you are looking to return your order:

1. Before sending the products back, we need an RMA filled out.. Send an email to returns@innosupps.com OR fill out an inquiry through our contact us form to receive the link for the return.

Your return will not be processed without an RMA. Print out the RMA before you submit the form digitally, then place a physical copy of the RMA in your return shipment to help us identify your return. If you send back the product without an RMA or without contacting our returns team, your return will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

2. Ship the product(s) back to the address below and along with the RMA form, please note that we do not cover shipping:

Please send the tracking number to our returns team at returns@innosupps.com so we know when to be expecting your return.

Once the products are received at our fulfillment center, we will issue your refund within 5-7 days. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to clear depending on your financial institution. You will receive the price you paid for the item minus shipping fees. 

Note: Our 100% Money Back Guarantee only covers the first 30-day supply of our Inno Shred or Night Shred supplements. If you purchased more than a 30-day supply, you only need to return the unopened bottles to our fulfillment center. If you only purchased a single month supply, you need to return the empty bottle to our return center to be eligible for the refund.

If you purchased any other products that are not Night Shred or Inno Shred, the item needs to be less than 50% consumed to be eligible for the refund. If returned item is not eligible for refund, the item will not be sent back to the customer.

You are only able to return twice per household, once per product.

If you purchased and received a free item, or purchased a discounted bundle on the post purchase, the items all need to be returned in order to receive a full refund. If you wish to keep the free item, the full retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.

Subscription Services

If you are signed up for an auto-renew subscription service program, your membership in that program will remain in effect until you cancel it or until we terminate your participation in the program.  You can login to your subscription account at any time and adjust flavors or add products to your orders.
